The engineers at Rocky Mountain Radar have taken their well- respected Phantom cloaking technology and made a remote mounted radar laser scrambler for the person who already has the detector. This unit will work in conjunction with your existing radar detector, you will not only be able to detect, but you will be invisible to police radar and laser. The radar component works simply by mixing an X, K, or KA radar signal with a FM “chirp” and bouncing it back at the police radar by way of a wave-guided antenna, effectively confusing the computer inside the radar gun. The laser component transmits an infrared beam that has the same affect on laser lidar units.
