On-board diagnostics were originally developed as emissions-monitoring protocol, but over the years, they have turned into a powerful way of accessing data from your car. This is great news for tuning enthusiasts, because now you can monitor parameters that are valuable during engine modifications with G-TECH's OBDII interface modules. G-TECH's interface modules support all OBDII protocols, including CAN. They are compatible with all 1996 and newer vehicles. Parameter support and monitoring speed depend on your vehicle's specific capabilities.
Simply plug the modules into your EGS to read these parameters:

Add more functionality to your EGS with G-TECH's plug-and-play 8-channel input modules. Imagine being able to record tire temperatures, driveshaft speed, differential temperature, oil pressure, EGT, or any other sensor you can think of. Setup is easy, too--just program the EGS to an analog or pulse sensor and choose the units and range of values to be displayed. These 8-channel input modules can be plugged directly into the EGS expansion port or stacked directly on another EGS module (2MB memory or an accelerometer).

Using their 3-axis accelerometer technology developed for the G-TECH Pro Performance meters, they have created these highly accurate plug-and-play accelerometer expansion modules. G-TECH's accelerometer modules are calibrated in their laboratory using robots and are fully temperature compensated to ensure the highest possible accuracy. This provides you with precise acceleration measurements, which are very important in tracking tuning improvements. Accelerometer modules can be stacked with 8-channel input or memory expansion modules.

Keep your EGS secure with a TRIVAC mounting system.
G-TECH's TRIVAC semi-permanent mounting systems will keep your EGS safe and secure, even during punishing track use. The frame of the TRIVAC systems is built from sand-blasted and anodized 5052 aluminum for rigidity and strength. The suction cups on the TRIVAC systems feature hand-turning nuts that pull additional vacuum on the mounting surface, ensuring that the EGS remains secure. They've even been tested to withstand 300 lbs. of weight when used on a clean glass surface. The TRIVAC systems also allow the EGS to be moved between vehicles (additional installation cables are recommended) so that you can share the performance benefits of the EGS.
